WHAT IS A COWORKING SPACE?
It is a place where freelancers, companies and employees work independently on their projects. Members just need to bring their computer and they can start working. Internet, printer and furniture are provided.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?
The monthly fee includes a desk and the usage of the internet, kitchenette, meeting room, office equipment and storage space. It is also possible to use the cowork for your business address and receive mail.
ARE THERE PRIVATE OFFICES?
We currently do not provide separate offices. For meetings or calls, however, you can use the meeting room or our phone booth.
CAN I MEET MY CLIENTS IN THE SPACE?
There is a meeting room you can use to meet your clients. The usage of the room is included in the monthly fee.
CAN I MAKE (VIDEO) CALLS ON MY DESK?
Because it's an open space, you need to avoid longer calls and video conferences and/or loud talking. Longer conversations and meetings should preferably take place in the meeting room or in the telephone booth.
CAN I LEAVE MY THINGS IN THE SPACE?
Yes, members with a fixed desk can leave their stuff on their place. The others have the possibility to use the storage facilities.
WHY USE A COWORKING SPACE?
In a coworking space you don't need to worry about the internet, electricity, water and office equipment, because everything is already there. So you can fully concentrate on your work.
Unlike working from home, in a coworking space it is possible to exchange ideas with other members and make new contacts. Due to the exposed location in the historic center of Tomar, you can also attract the attention of new customers.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE THE SPACE?
The idea of Offício is to allow a flexible lease. It is possible to rent one, two, three or five days a week for a fixed monthly price. Each day can be divided into two half days, by example come two mornings a week.

The prices are like this:
- 1 day a week: 25 Euros/month + VAT
- 2 days a week: 50 Euros/month + VAT
- 3 days a week: 75 Euros/month + VAT
- from 4 days a week: 100 Euros/month + VAT.

It is also possible to use the space for just one day (10 Euros + VAT) or a week (30 Euros + VAT).
WHEN CAN I USE THE SPACE?
The main opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm. People with a full-time plan (7 days, 24 hours) can always use the space.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE EVENTS?
